Kate has over 11 years experience as a teacher, trainer, coach, and speaker. She is known for her interactive, high energy training style that is entertaining, yet educational. Kate offers a variety of training, all designed to empower the individual. Her belief is that individuals who are empowered impact the world in a positive way. Their influence expands outward, not unlike the ripples of a pebble dropped into still water.

Kate began her company with an exclusive focus on public speaking training, but has expanded over the years to include diversity training, communication styles, individual empowerment, and conflict resolution, among many others. She also provides individual coaching.
